Our membership plans are designed to make your skin treatments more accessible by spreading the cost over 12 months.
Pre-pay in regular instalments of £100, enjoying consistent care and exclusive perks. Monthly memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. Memberships are non-transferable, and benefits are exclusive to the member only. Your membership auto-renews monthly until you tell us you want to cancel, which must be done 30 days in advance.
Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month and must be used before your next billing cycle. The intention is that you come into the clinic monthly.
If you’d like to book in more than once a month and take advantage of your membership perks, you can pay for further treatments when you visit. Glow members receive reduced rates for additional services.
If you would like to cancel your membership, contact the clinic or let us know at your next appointment. We also require written notice by email: info@eternoaesthetics.co.uk. Please keep in mind that we require 30 days’ notice, so be sure to cancel 30 days before your payment date if you want to make it your last month. Note that payments due before the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
Our Glow membership is for a minimum 12-month period and will auto-renew thereafter. Following the initial 12-month membership period, you can cancel with a 30-day written notice. No-shows will forfeit their service for that month. Membership perks are non-transferable. No refunds will be given for any unused sessions. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers. The truth is, no matter what your skin concerns are, regular treatments are better than one-offs. Consistency achieves results, and we work closely with our clients to plan out a regular schedule of treatments, so you know what to expect and how much it will cost. A skin scan is carried out to ensure we deeply analyse your complexion, and everything from maintenance to aftercare is discussed in detail. It’s a considered, personalised approach that ensures results are not only beautiful, but lasting.
We take a fully refundable deposit of £50 for all our consultations. Your deposit can be refunded in the clinic or redeemed against our treatments or products purchased after the consultation.
